We had just collected the keys to our new home and were looking for an interior designer who could create a classic yet timeless modern luxury theme without overstretching our budget. Through a friend’s recommendation, we came across Posh Home and decided to enquire.

We requested for a consultation with a senior designer, and they arranged for Robin, who is also the boss, to meet us personally. During our first meeting, we shared that we wanted a showroom-quality home while still keeping within a reasonable budget. Robin was able to understand our vision and requirements very well.

During the 2nd meeting, Robin introduced and assigned his designer, Kryan, to us. Both of them presented their ideas, mood boards, and quotation professionally. My wife and I were genuinely impressed by their presentation and design concepts.

Although their quotation was on the higher side compared to others we had received, we took time to carefully study and compare. Robin and Kryan understood our concerns and made the effort to adjust the quotation to better fit our budget.

In the end, even though their price was still slightly higher, we decided to go ahead with them because we valued their professionalism, sincerity, and confidence in delivering the classic luxurious design we truly wanted for our home.

After confirming their service, they started preparing the 3D designs for our house. The waiting time was longer than we initially expected, and we felt the process could have been slightly faster. Nonetheless, when the 3D presentation was finally shown to us, we were once again impressed by the quality and thought put into the design.

We carefully reviewed the designs and shared our feedback. Throughout the entire design process, Kryan was responsive, patient, and accommodating towards our requests and ideas. During the whole renovation process, their workers were generally skilled and professional, and the carpentry workmanship was solid and well-built with good quality finishing. Kryan also paid a lot of attention to detailing in the carpentry design, which we truly appreciated.

What stood out to us was that they were not like the usual IDs who simply copy and paste trending designs. They were able to create a classic and elegant design that feels timeless, luxurious, and high-class. They also provide warranty coverage for a few years, which gave us additional assurance.

Of course, there were some hiccups during the renovation process, but Kryan handled the issues responsibly and professionally. He was also very patient during the material selection stage and helped guide us to choose materials that best suited the overall theme and feel of our home.

One point that I feel could be improved is the managing of the overall renovation timeline, as certain parts of the renovation took longer than expected. Nonetheless, the team remained responsive and committed to delivering a good final outcome.

Overall, we are very satisfied with the final results. We truly appreciate the effort, workmanship, detailing, and professionalism shown throughout the renovation journey, and we are happy with how our dream home turned out.
