I am writing this review after our experience with Posh Homes for the renovation to our home which took about 8 months to complete. It involved painting of the entire house inside and outside, the changing of our flooring, carpentry and electrical works and installation of awnings and a home lift.

We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Mr. Charles Tan from Posh Homes. We were fortunate enough to be introduced to him by our property agent.

From day one, Charles delivered exactly what he promised. He walked us through every stage of the project with clear and practical guidance, often even using visuals – to help us make well-informed decisions more easily.

His communication was clear and excellent; our questions were answered promptly (day/night/weekday/weekend), and he was consistently available, even sending help for a few issues that fell outside the original scope of works.

He was prompt in his liaison with third parties including the company responsible for the lift installation, as well as carpenters, electricians, lighting suppliers, post-renovation cleaning company, the list goes on! That level of care and commitment really stood out for us. We have not experienced that with any other builder before for any of our past renovation works (and there were many!)

Charles attention to detail is exceptional. Every finish was thoughtfully executed, and he remained open to feedback throughout, taking our ideas on board patiently and constructively.

The result is a beautifully completed project that reflects both quality craftsmanship and true professionalism. We wholeheartedly recommend Charles from Posh Homes to anyone seeking a dependable, responsive, and genuinely client-focused builder with integrity.
