Bedok Rise
Modern Contemporary
A three-story landed property with a double-volume height living hall accented with rustic features, a marble scheme, and a neutral color palette that strikes a balance of utility and elegance. We did extensive A&A work for this home, including building an elevator from scratch & addressing the client’s concerns. Undoubtedly, the unit’s 6 m tall white marble feature wall, which gives the living space a touch of elegance, is its main draw. Natural lighting was also considered, and conscious detailed and thoughtful designs and space planning were built to illuminate this Semi-D.
Limau Grove
Modern Contemporary
A contemporary design with a twist. Through the modern, yet modest interior space, the numerous light sources accentuate a warm atmosphere with an industrialized touch. The use of the elegant marble design throughout the property makes the overall appearance more sleek and unified, bringing a modern touch and elegance to any location it’s in. The use of an open concept kitchen adds a personal touch while also enhancing the visual appeal of the kitchen space.

Industrial style can also be seen in the use of unexpected materials used in building. The Industrial style of design is most commonly found in urban areas including cities and lofts. This unit contains some of the key elements used to achieve this style of design including exposed bricks and pipes, concrete walls, and large open ceiling. These elements help give the space a “warehouse” feel which is the ultimate goal of this style of design. This style incorporates raw materials to give the space an unfinished feel.
