Had previously engaged Robin from Posh Home for my home renovation 3 years ago and was extremely satisfied with the overall design, renovation and respond time. Hence recommended it to my dad for his house for a simple renovation of the kitchen and toilets. Very satisfied with the overall renovation and they also helped to clear the mess and furniture that was left by the tenants. Our ID this time round was Paisley, she was very helpful and reply promptly to the questions that was asked.

From our first meet with Charles, we connected really well and he was helpful in incorporating certain "uncommon" ideas we had into an otherwise common HDB floor plan. He was quick to respond and sincere, and we felt comfortable entrusting our first home in the good hands of Charles. From our pre-pandemic signing to renovating during the pandemic, Charles honoured contract details despite difficulties in procuring manpower and materials. As first-time owners, we were also back and forth with our decisions as we weighed costs and benefits, but Charles was patient in the multiple times we amended our contract. I think the most stellar of all was the workmanship - friends and family that visited said that workmanship was great, particularly for our wardrobe and cabinets. Post-renovation, we had virtually no major issues with regards to the hardware, and even with smaller problems like touching up of paint, Charles helped us to resolve these even though we were aware of a shortage of workers. There was a slight delay to the timeline because of the pandemic, but we experienced Charles' sincerity in getting things completed on time and we are confident he tried his best.

I would like to thank my ID Ray Foh for transforming my kitchen and 2 toilets. Throughout the whole process, he is very responsive to all my queries, shared his ideas and always given me suggestions. During this pandemic it is not easy to plan. We discussed to get things done within 1 and a half month everything is done. During the renovation process he took photos to update me of the progress.. I love my 2 toilets and kitchen.. Space saving, my kitchen is cluttered free and my toilet looks like a boutique hotel. 😉 Not gotta lie, my kitchen service yard door was wrongly installed but he managed to get the door contractor re-do the whole thing.. He is very responsible towards his job and maintain a good relation between his client.. Keep up the good job! Overall, I am satisfied with our renovation.

Just completed a major renovation of a 30+ year old HDB with Miki Shi. She is professional and offers great design ideas from the onset on space utilization and design. She listens and caters to our unique needs and wants, and offers refreshing ideas on how to optimize our space with a good flow. She also guides us on design and colors and although we were initially hesitant on the color choices and palette, it all turned out very nicely eventually! Given it is an old development and odd shaped unit, there were many challenges in the renovation journey. Miki was able to offer alternative solutions and workarounds throughout. Miki also keeps close tabs on the project status, and often goes on site to check and also keeps us updated with pictures and videos. As with any renovation project, some hiccups were expected but Miki managed to turnaround any situation and resolve any issues promptly which was much appreciated! Highly recommend this ID firm, which also offers 5 year warranty on the workmanship, which is rather high by industry standards - so we can have a peace of mind.

We engaged Robin, from Posh Homes for the reconstruction of our property, which was an older house that needed major works including redoing the piping and electrical systems, as well as adding an additional level. Given the condition of the house, it was not a simple renovation. We had a tight budget, and what stood out about Robin was his practical approach. He focused on what was important, especially the structure of the house, and advised us clearly on where to spend and where to save. This helped us keep costs under control without cutting corners. Robin’s more than 20 years of experience made a big difference. Before choosing him, we spoke to many contractors, builders, and interior designers. Many suggested nice ideas but did not consider cost overruns and future maintenance. Robin was realistic and balanced ideas with budget. For example, instead of spending money on marble for the backdrop, he advised to use marble-looking tile for the same effect! During the renovation, there were some issues along the way, which is expected. Robin is always hands-on and quick to solve problems. For example, he pointed out the need to reinforce the foundation during the quotation stage and liaised with the PE. His experience helped prevent bigger problems. He would personally come down to check on issues and provide solutions. Many times during the site visits, we will bump into Robin checking on the wiring and ceiling installations. He also completed the entire project in less than a year, which was impressive. Even after the project was completed for awhile, his after-sales service was reliable. Recently we had a clogged tap, he arranged for a plumber to fix it quickly. In summary, if you are looking for someone experienced, practical, and able to manage construction work within a budget, Robin from Posh Homes is a good choice.

I am writing this review after our experience with Posh Homes for the renovation to our home which took about 8 months to complete. It involved painting of the entire house inside and outside, the changing of our flooring, carpentry and electrical works and installation of awnings and a home lift. We couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Mr. Charles Tan from Posh Homes. We were fortunate enough to be introduced to him by our property agent. From day one, Charles delivered exactly what he promised. He walked us through every stage of the project with clear and practical guidance, often even using visuals – to help us make well-informed decisions more easily. His communication was clear and excellent; our questions were answered promptly (day/night/weekday/weekend), and he was consistently available, even sending help for a few issues that fell outside the original scope of works. He was prompt in his liaison with third parties including the company responsible for the lift installation, as well as carpenters, electricians, lighting suppliers, post-renovation cleaning company, the list goes on! That level of care and commitment really stood out for us. We have not experienced that with any other builder before for any of our past renovation works (and there were many!) Charles attention to detail is exceptional. Every finish was thoughtfully executed, and he remained open to feedback throughout, taking our ideas on board patiently and constructively. We had just collected the keys to our new home and were looking for an interior designer who could create a classic yet timeless modern luxury theme without overstretching our budget. Through a friend’s recommendation, we came across Posh Home and decided to enquire. We requested for a consultation with a senior designer, and they arranged for Robin, who is also the boss, to meet us personally. During our first meeting, we shared that we wanted a showroom-quality home while still keeping within a reasonable budget. Robin was able to understand our vision and requirements very well. During the 2nd meeting, Robin introduced and assigned his designer, Kryan, to us. Both of them presented their ideas, mood boards, and quotation professionally. My wife and I were genuinely impressed by their presentation and design concepts. Although their quotation was on the higher side compared to others we had received, we took time to carefully study and compare. Robin and Kryan understood our concerns and made the effort to adjust the quotation to better fit our budget. In the end, even though their price was still slightly higher, we decided to go ahead with them because we valued their professionalism, sincerity, and confidence in delivering the classic luxurious design we truly wanted for our home. After confirming their service, they started preparing the 3D designs for our house. The waiting time was longer than we initially expected, and we felt the process could have been slightly faster. Nonetheless, when the 3D presentation was finally shown to us, we were once again impressed by the quality and thought put into the design. We carefully reviewed the designs and shared our feedback. Throughout the entire design process, Kryan was responsive, patient, and accommodating towards our requests and ideas. During the whole renovation process, their workers were generally skilled and professional, and the carpentry workmanship was solid and well-built with good quality finishing. Kryan also paid a lot of attention to detailing in the carpentry design, which we truly appreciated. What stood out to us was that they were not like the usual IDs who simply copy and paste trending designs. They were able to create a classic and elegant design that feels timeless, luxurious, and high-class. They also provide warranty coverage for a few years, which gave us additional assurance. Of course, there were some hiccups during the renovation process, but Kryan handled the issues responsibly and professionally. He was also very patient during the material selection stage and helped guide us to choose materials that best suited the overall theme and feel of our home. One point that I feel could be improved is the managing of the overall renovation timeline, as certain parts of the renovation took longer than expected. Nonetheless, the team remained responsive and committed to delivering a good final outcome. Overall, we are very satisfied with the final results. We truly appreciate the effort, workmanship, detailing, and professionalism shown throughout the renovation journey, and we are happy with how our dream home turned out.
