We are looking for a motivated and experienced Project Manager to oversee renovation and interior design projects from initial planning through to successful completion. The role involves coordinating clients, designers, contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure projects are delivered according to the agreed scope, timeline, budget, and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects while maintaining clear communication with both clients and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage renovation and interior design projects from project commencement to completion.
  • Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, expectations, and timelines.
  • Work closely with designers, contractors, suppliers, and site teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and monitor project schedules, budgets, and work progress.
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor workmanship, materials, and overall project progress.
  • Identify potential project issues and coordinate timely solutions.
  • Ensure works are carried out according to approved designs, specifications, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate deliveries, installations, subcontractors, and on-site activities.
  • Monitor project costs and ensure works remain within the approved budget.
  • Maintain proper project documentation, reports, quotations, and progress records.
  • Provide regular project updates to clients and internal management.
  • Conduct project handovers and ensure outstanding works or defects are followed up and resolved.
  • Ensure all projects comply with relevant safety and site requirements.

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Project Management, Interior Design, Construction, Building, or a related field.
  • Relevant experience in renovation, interior design, construction, or project management is preferred.
  • Strong organisational and time-management skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Comfortable working with clients, contractors, suppliers, and site teams.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Ability to work independently as well as within a team.
  • Possess a proactive and responsible attitude.
